في رواندا. أرادت هذه الفتاة أن اتبنّاها!
للحقيقة كنت اتمنى ان اتبنّاها فهي يتيمة الأبوين وكانت تلاحقني من مكان إلى آخر. تحدثت مع المسؤولين لنقوم بالاجراءات ولكن كان عليّ البقاء في البلد لمدة عشرة أيام ولم يكن ممكن يومها. لذا لم أستطع القيام بهذه الخطوة. على كلٍ، في بلدي الكثير ممن يحتاج العناية والرعاية وخاصة بعد عودتي بالأمس من لبنان حيث وجدت الكثير من البؤس والذل الذي يتعرض له المواطن/ة بسبب الوضع المعيشي والصحي في البلد. فإذا أردتم اصدقائي وصديقاتي المهتمين لدعم الأسر اللبنانية، من الممكن أن أرسل لكم الكثير من العناوين.
In Rwanda… This girl wanted me to adopt her…yet it was not possible then…. However after I came back to Dubai from my short visit to Lebanon I witnessed the most terrible situation Lebanon has ever been through. People are fighting for survival because of the scarcity of living resources in the country from food to water to health issues especially after the immigration of more than 600 medical doctors from the country. I’ve been in contact with families during my stay.. therefore, if any one is interested in supporting them, I can put you in direct contact with these needy families or I can mediate to provide the support.. Lebanon more than ever needs support… It breaks my heart to see my country and our people begging for their lives yet this is the result of accumulations of multiple of internal as well as external factors that we have changed in our activisim from advocacy to support and relief of the people… I believe nothing lasts forever… Change is inevitable…
